If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after the 1st session or module we will give you a money-back guarantee. Please email us at tess@1stcall.com.au if you are not satisfied so that we can resolve any problems.
Delivery Policy
Books and other merchandise
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from either eWAY/Sendowl/Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via your nominated delivery within 3 to 5 working days within Australia or up to 14 working days for International Delivery. However, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at tess@1stcall.com.au.
eCourses and eBooks
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from either eWAY/Sendowl/Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your eCourse or other electronic material via Email within 2 working days.
